Return & Exchange Policy
A return or exchange is possible when…
- the items are unworn
- the items are in their original box and protective
foil has not been removed (if applicable)
- the goods are returned to us within 30 days from time of receipt
- the completed Return/Exchange form is in the package, with information on the Order No., reason for return, and whether an exchange or refund is requested
- Return costs (shipping) is paid by the customer
- Sale items (items purchased at a reduced price) cannot be returned or exchanged
- If you paid for your order via bank transfer, we will need your banking information in order to initiate a return transfer. A fee of €10,- for bank transfers to banks outside the EU will be deducted from your refund amount.
- A change fee of 25 euros will be incurred for a re-shipment outside the EU to replace exchanged goods, payable by Paypal to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively a new order can be placed after refund of the original order.
This form provides us with the information we need to process your return or exchange.
This form must be filled out and fully visibly adhered on the outside of the return package. Without this form, your return or exchange cannot be processed and extra costs may occur.
For returns and exchanges from Non-EU countries, please comply the following steps
We strongly recommend using an international courier service like UPS for international returns or exchanges. Otherwise your parcel may be held up at customs and you will be liable for extra custom charges or postal handling fees.
- Please contact our customer service at email@example.com if you are in the USA
- Print out and fill in our return form
- You have to declare the parcel as RETURNED GOODS. The label must be filled out as follows: Item Value Returned Goods NCV (No Commercial Value), otherwise it will be held up at customs and you will be liable for extra custom charges.
- Add Invoice to the return parcel (inside your parcel and received by e-mail)
- Ship the parcel back to us at your cost

- Shipping costs are not refunded
As soon as we receive the shoes, we will ship the desired pair in exchange or you will get the refund of the purchased items (minus shipping costs) via the method of payment you chose for your purchase. Please note that we can only refund the full amount, if the shoes are unworn, in original packaging and still have the protective film on the soles (if applicable).
