Return & Exchange Policy
A return or exchange is possible when…
- the items are unworn
- the items are in their original box and protective
foil has not been removed (if applicable)
- the goods are returned to us within 30 days from time of receipt
- the completed Return/Exchange form is in the package, with information on the Order No., reason for return, and whether an exchange or refund is requested
- Return costs (shipping) is paid by the customer
- Sale items (items purchased at a reduced price) cannot be returned or exchanged
- If you paid for your order via bank transfer, we will need your banking information in order to initiate a return transfer. A fee of €10,- for bank transfers to banks outside the EU will be deducted from your refund amount.
This form provides us with the information we need to process your return or exchange.
This form must be filled out and enclosed in the return package. Without this form, your return or exchange cannot be processed.
For returns and exchanges from Non-EU countries, please comply the following steps
1. Contact our customer service at email@example.com so we can provide you with the necessary document for customs
2. Print out and fill in our return form
3. Print out the following documents and put them in a see-through protective bag or an envelope with the inscription “DOCUMENTS” and adhere it outside of your parcel
- Our Shipping document (provided by our customer service)
- Invoice (inside your parcel and received by e-mail)
- Return form
- Shipping document CN22/23 (provided by transport company)
4. You have to declare the parcel as RETURNED GOODS and quote your original Order Number on the shipping document CN22/23 with your transport company. The label must be filled out as follows: Item Value Returned Goods NCV (No Commercial Value), otherwise it will be held up at customs and you will be liable for extra custom charges.
5. Ship the parcel back to us at your cost.
As soon as we receive the shoes, we will ship the desired pair in exchange or you will get the refund via the method of payment you chose for your purchase. Please note that we can only refund the full amount, if the shoes are unworn, in original packaging and still have the protective film on the soles. (if applicable)
