Terms of delivery

Orders over € 50 will be shipped free of charge worldwide.

A shipping and handling fee of  € 7 will be charged for orders under € 50.

We have chosen the Austrian Postal Service for all our shipping needs as they guarantee fair working conditions and will ensure that your order arrives safely, quickly, and reliably.

Please contact us about shipping costs if you require express delivery. Free shipping only applies to regular registered mail, and does not include express or courier.

Please note that for deliveries outside of the EU, the recipient is responsible for any possible taxes, fees, or customs that may accrue. Please understand that we unfortunately cannot control or prevent any delays within customs.  If you refuse duties or fees on your package and choose to have it sent back to Saint Savoy, any handling fees charged to our account to retrieve the package will be deducted from your refund.

Damages incurred during transport must be reported to the shipping company upon receipt of goods. Please then also inform SAINT SAVOY about the damages.

A change fee of 25 euros will be incurred for a re-shipment outside the EU to replace exchanged goods, payable by Paypal to payments@saintsavoy.com. Goods must be returned unworn and in the original box. To exchange goods, please email office@saintsavoy.com

Our distributor for Switzerland is «Ballett Shop Bern», www.ballettshopbern.ch. Please contact them if you are ordering from Switzerland, they will be happy to assist you with your needs.

Delivery Time

Your order will not be sent until payment has been received.

Delivery takes about 4 workdays for shipments within Austria. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

For shipments to other EU countries, delivery takes app. 4–10 workdays from the time payment is received. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Shipments to countires outside the EU can take up to 30 days to arrive. Please note we cannot estimate and are not responsible for any delay within customs or additional customs taxes that your local service may charge.

If an article is not in stock or not immediately available, this will be noted on the product page of the website. This will increase the time until shipping.
