Delivery & Shipping

We ship your Saint Savoy order with Austrian Post (Österreichische Post AG).
We deliberately chose Austrian Post because it provides fair working
conditions as well as safe and reliable delivery.

Shipping Costs

The following shipping costs apply to your order:

• Austria: € 16.00
• European Union: € 16.00
• Switzerland, United Kingdom and Norway: € 20.00
• USA: € 49.00
• Rest of the world: € 20.00

Express Shipping

For particularly urgent orders, we offer express shipping as a separately
bookable option. You can find the current cost directly on the
“Express Versand” product page.

Deliveries Outside the EU

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to
additional taxes, customs duties or other charges. These charges are the
responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or
influence delays caused by customs authorities.

If a shipment is not accepted or collected and is returned to Saint Savoy,
the resulting return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Delivery Times

Your order will be shipped after successful payment. For direct bank
transfers, your order will be shipped once the payment has been received
in our bank account.

Within Austria, delivery usually takes approximately
4 business days.

For deliveries to other EU countries, delivery usually takes approximately
4–10 business days after dispatch.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may take up to
30 days. Please note that customs clearance may cause
additional delays.

If an item is not in stock or cannot be shipped immediately, the
corresponding delivery time will be indicated on the respective product page.

Shipping Damage

If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping
provider as soon as possible and then inform Saint Savoy as well.
