Before placing your order, however, I recommend checking the <strong>Size Guide<\/strong> for the specific style you&#8217;re interested in, as the fit varies slightly between our different models. Depending on the design, you may need to size up or down.<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t know your foot length, it&#8217;s very easy to measure. Simply <strong>stand on a measuring tape<\/strong> with your full weight evenly distributed on both feet and measure from the <strong>back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe<\/strong>. This gives you your actual foot length.<\/p>\n<p>Our Size Guide shows the <strong>inside length of each shoe<\/strong>, measured by us. As a general rule, I like to allow <strong>approximately 1 cm of extra space<\/strong> between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. This gives your feet enough room to move naturally while ensuring a comfortable fit.<\/p>\n<p>Foot shape is just as important as foot length. Some styles are particularly suitable for <strong>narrow feet<\/strong>, while others work beautifully for <strong>wider feet, higher arches or bunions<\/strong>. You&#8217;ll find specific fit recommendations in each product description.<\/p>\n<p>As a general guideline:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customers with <strong>wider feet<\/strong> often feel more comfortable sizing up by <strong>half a size<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Your shoes should feel <strong>comfortably snug<\/strong> when new. Our brushed leather soles provide a wonderful balance between glide and grip, making them ideal for dancing while remaining durable enough for everyday use.<\/p>\n<p>Like all fine leather products, however, <strong>leather doesn&#8217;t enjoy getting wet<\/strong>. If your shoes do get soaked, simply stuff them generously with newspaper or paper towels and allow them to dry <strong>slowly at room temperature<\/strong>. Avoid placing them on a radiator or using direct heat, as this can cause the leather to dry out and become brittle.<\/p>\n<p>The only thing I&#8217;d ask you to keep in mind is that our soles offer less grip on smooth, wet surfaces than structured soles.
